Lawsuit Against Location, Inc., Filed by Rival Crime Risk Provider Cap Index, is Dismissed
Worcester, Mass. (PRWEB) June 11, 2015 -- Location, Inc. reported today that Cap Index’s lawsuit against Location, Inc. - a rival crime risk data provider - has been dismissed with prejudice in the federal district court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The suit was brought by Cap Index against Location, Inc. in July of 2013 (Civil Action No. 13-cv-04225-CDJ).
“The suit has been completely dismissed.
