Braintrust to Host Scrum Certification Training Classes in Atlanta July 25

The Braintrust Consulting Group, a worldwide leader in Agile, will host two Scrum certification classes beginning the weekend of July 25 with Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Developer-Agile Engineering July 27-29, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. Registration is now open for both Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Developer-Agile Engineering training classes.

The Braintrust Scrum certification classes are intended to teach attendees how to learn, plan, and implement Agile processes with the goal of increasing predictability of delivery, decreasing time-to-market, and improving overall client satisfaction. All certification classes are full of practical, real world techniques that attendees can implement immediately.

Braintrust’s Certified ScrumMaster (July 25-26) class is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of Scrum. This class is ideal for IT Professionals (Architects, BAs, DBAs, Developers, Testers, etc.), IT Leadership (Managers/Directors/VPs/CIOs/CTOs), and Project Managers. Members of the Project Management Institute will earn 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward maintaining their existing credentials by attending this class.

Braintrust’s Certified Scrum Developer-Agile Engineering (July 27-29) three-day class is aimed at helping software development professionals and teams become more effective when implementing Scrum and other Agile methodologies. Agile Engineering is specifically designed to deliver the core Agile Development Practices Learning Objectives of the CSD program and prepares the participant to successfully pass the Scrum Alliance CSD Candidate Assessment. This class fulfills 21 of the required 35 hours and can be paired with the prerequisite Certified ScrumMaster class to complete the requirement.

A Certified Scrum Developer is someone who has demonstrated through a combination of formal training and a technical skills assessment that he or she has a working understanding of Scrum principles and has learned specialized Agile engineering skills.
