MG selects VeraCore fulfillment software for growing business

VeraCore is going to enable us to meet our clients’ increasingly complex requirements, while keeping their costs low through increased efficiency and process automation

VeraCore Software Solutions, Inc. announced today that MG Advertising (AKA “Marketing Group” and soon to become “MGA2”) has selected The VeraCore Fulfillment Solution to manage its growing order fulfillment operation.

Marketing Group, located in Warminster, PA serves a wide range of industry verticals that include manufacturing, non-profits, publishing, tourism and transportation. MGA is short MG Advertising, an apt description for the full service agency. MGA’s spectrum of services includes creative, media buying, social media, SEO, remarketing, behavioral marketing, web design, mobile design, television, radio, offset and digital print, direct mail, public relations and literature fulfillment.

Fulfillment has long been a component of MGA’s service offering, but it has really started to pick up steam in recent years. As demand for MGA’s fulfillment services increased, so too did the complexity of the programs they managed. Fulfillment was no longer simply picking and packing. Clients were now turning to MGA to actively manage their marketing supply chains. In order to stay ahead of the curve, MGA’s management set about researching technology that would enable them to:

  •     Provide an intuitive ordering platform that would support each client’s business requirements
  •     Offer clients greater visibility into - and control over - their fulfillment programs
  •     Enable both client services and warehouse personnel to continue providing top notch service, while simultaneously decreasing operational costs

Bob Dallas, CEO of MGA, explains their decision to implement VeraCore. “VeraCore clearly understood our business and we felt that they would make good partner, but ultimately it was about our clients. VeraCore is going to enable us to meet our clients’ increasingly complex requirements, while keeping their costs low through increased efficiency and process automation”.

The VeraCore Order Management will enable MGA to provide B2B and B2C storefronts customized to reflect each client’s brand and enforce their unique business rules. VeraCore’s reports and dashboards will provide clients with 24/7 access to real-time information on virtually every aspect of their fulfillment business. By extending this level of access, MGA expects to improve client satisfaction while dramatically reducing the time CSR’s spend chasing down answers to routine questions.

The VeraCore Warehouse Management System’s support for barcode technology and integration with shipping systems will enable MGA to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, MGA will leverage VeraCore’s rules-based processing to achieve greater control over all their warehouse activities from receiving, to kitting, to pick and pack.

Denise Lunden, president of VeraCore Software Solutions, Inc., commented on MGA’s implementation, currently underway: “We’re so excited to be working with MGA and are confident that VeraCore will help them to provide significant value to the clients they serve”.
