Harkcon has been awarded a five year BPA to support the U.S. Department of the Energy, Office of Acquisition and Project Management, Professional Development Division.

Harkcon has the opportunity to provide Integrated Programmatic Consulting Support, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Acquisition and Custom Training Delivery, Curriculum Management, and Ancillary Support Services for the Office of Acquisition and Project Management's (APM), Professional Development Division (PDD) in support of DOE's Project Management Career Development Program (PMCDP) and Acquisition Career Management Program (ACMP), DOE-wide.

“The DOE Professional Development Division requires a highly reliable yet innovative training support contractor to provide critical acquisition training and certification. Harkcon is that contractor. We offer the DOE a high-performing team that is already conducting superb learning needs assessments, on site and mobile team-based classroom course delivery, training delivery alternatives, learning needs assessments, course evaluations with rapid application of lessons learned, testing, and certification. We provide these services to DOE and other clients by focusing on quality, learner/program needs, hiring and retaining superior staff, reliance on transparent near-real time project status reporting, and by using ISO certified training production and delivery methods,” said Keith Curran, COO of Harkcon.
