NMG will use Liverail's ad server to deliver ads from its robust platform for advertisers and demand partners. In addition, NMG will be serving ads across LiveRail's network partners, for the publishers that it either owns, operates or partners within a syndication capacity. Neutrino's partnership with LiveRail targets large, high-volume publishers with high-quality desktop, mobile and video inventory. NMG also offers preferred buyers the first right to premium inventory, enabling the highest level of real time optimization as well as security and safety against ad fraud.

NMG Digital, with its high yield platform, has opened up a large position in the digital advertising market and operates as the in-house yield optimization and revenue driver for several large global publishers across display, mobile and now video.
