Evention and Celayix Software today announce an integrated package that will allow hotels, casinos, and convention centers to schedule employees with Celayix and have those schedules directly link to Evention Tips & Gratuities to automate gratuity payroll. The partnership cohesively integrates scheduling to payroll, eliminating the reentry of data and greatly increasing payroll accuracy. The result is more precise gratuity payroll in less time based on optimized scheduling.

In order to enable this seamless integration for their hospitality clients, Evention uses Microsoft Azure to build its architecture upon. Utilizing Azure, web services between the two applications were built to allow both products to communicate with ease and reliability. The hotels are not burdened with any integration challenges or additional IT requirements as all of the communication is handled securely in the cloud.
