ISM Top 15 Software Awards highlight a growing Customer Relationship Management industry with Social CRM, Big Data Analytics/Insight, Mobile and Gamification seeing strong growth and the Internet of Things on the horizon. Gartner forecasts a $37B market by 2017.

As businesses seek a higher return and increased effectiveness on marketing, sales and service program investments, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software market is seeing dramatic growth.
