On Monday, June 1, heating and air conditioning repair company Comfort Solutions unveiled its all-new website design to improve customer experience and strengthen its visual branding.

Jessie Pendergrass, Operations Manager, says the need for a more customer-friendly design prompted the company's decision to upgrade its website. The previous website design, he says, was difficult to navigate and didn't make information readily accessible to users.

"We were not pleased with our previous website because there was more focus on the marketing than on the customer's experience once they were on the site," Pendergrass says. "Once customers got to our website, they would get so frustrated trying to navigate the website that they wouldn’t be able find what they wanted quickly enough and would give up and go somewhere else. We didn’t want our website driving away our business."

With Comfort Solutions' new design, however, the company has created an interactive, user-friendly and mobile-friendly site. The company's services are split up into three tabs: Heating and Air Conditioning, Home Comfort, and Services. Beforehand, there had been only one navigation tab, Pendergrass explains.

Under the website's Services tab, customers can now find information on a brand new package deal that Comfort Solutions has chosen to offer. With the company's New Home Owner Inspection deal, anyone interested in buying or selling a home can get a complete, professional home inspection.

During the hour-long New Home Owner Inspection, customers will get a 21-point inspection, system seal inspection, age and condition assessment, refrigerant level assessment, recommendations and more.

"Our team does a series of evaluations so you can know the current condition of your equipment and duct work -- or the equipment and duct work of the house you're looking to buy," Pendergrass says. "Having this information on hand could make the difference in a sale or purchase."

Ultimately, Pendergrass says everyone at Comfort Solutions is very excited about the website, and can't wait for customers to take a look.

"Our website now shows that our customers come first, and we believe that having a user-friendly design will help to further exemplify that value," he says. "We want people to know that we care about their home comfort and energy efficiency needs, as well as their financial needs, which is why we offer financing. We want them to have the best work and service available throughout the entire process. All of that starts with looking up information on our website when a problem arises."
