QuickChek Dollar “Dog Tag” Promotion Supports Hope For The Warriors®
Whitehouse Station, NJ (PRWEB) June 11, 2015 -- QuickChek customers and employees will once again have the opportunity to support local military families through the June “Dog Tag” Promotion. The New Jersey convenience store chain will donate sales from the promotion to Hope For The Warriors®, a national nonprofit dedicated to restoring a sense of self, restoring the family unit, and restoring hope for our service members and our military families.
For the second year in a row, QuickChek customers are invited to purchase $1 “Dog Tags” in support of military families. Each Dog Tag purchased can be signed and posted on the walls of the more than 130 QuickChek stores. The promotion will last through the month of June.
QuickChek’s 2014 “Dog Tag” promotion raised more than $75,000 for military families through Hope For The Warriors®.
“We pride ourselves on being active members of the communities we serve and we’re pleased to continue to honor and support our service members and their families who give so much of themselves,” said QuickChek CEO Dean Durling, whose family-owned-company has raised millions of dollars to support a variety of causes benefiting children, families, and veterans.
“We strive to be the neighborhood shopping destination close to where our customers live and work,” added Durling, whose company’s commitment to “Total Customer Dedication” enables it to be part of the fabric of the communities in which the company has its 140 store locations. “As a good neighbor, we believe in helping those in need by giving back where we can and lending our support.”
“We are very humbled by the overwhelming response from QuickChek and their customers to impact our military families in New Jersey,” said Robin Kelleher, President of Hope For The Warriors®. “This promotion was a great success due to the dedication of each employee and each customer that participated.”
