Poole, Dorset (PRWEB UK) 11 June 2015 -- Quadrant2Design are extending their fleet of company vehicles by investing in a new Ford Transit Connect Van which will be used to transport their Prestige stands to and from exhibition venues.
The Poole based company often have to transport their stands by vehicle to various locations around the UK and Europe including London, Birmingham, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.
Quadrant2Design’s Managing Director, Alan Jenkins, believes that the compact size of the van is perfect for the company’s needs and says, “Due to the nature of Prestige and the fact that it is a lightweight solution that can be packed down to a very small size, we do not always need a large van to transport it.”
The Ford Transit Connect van is smaller than a traditional Transit and is an ideal size to comfortably fit a Prestige stand. Its smaller size also means that Quadrant2Design can still have easy access into multi-storey carparks and around the streets of London to get to exhibition halls such as Olympia and Excel.
Additionally, the van has a smaller engine than a traditional van, meaning that it has better fuel efficiency and lower CO2 emissions. This further supports Quadrant2Design’s ethos of being an environmentally friendly company.
