“The goal of the Buckle Your Belt Campaign is to raise community awareness on a safety initiative that could help save lives. We are happy to see that the number of participants in this campaign is growing each year.” -William K. Mattar

William Mattar, PC is thanking everyone who entered the 7th Buckle Your Belt Campaign, making it a growing success to stress seat belt safety. The Grand Prize winner, Nancy Alspaugh, won a trip for 4 to Fern Resort in Ontario, Canada; a beautiful family friendly resort with many activities such as swimming, hiking, golfing, boating, tennis and more. Many great prizes were awarded to other contestants such as Buffalo Zoo passes, local spas and restaurant gift certificates, Splash Lagoon passes and much more. Once again we would like to thank all of our prize and safety sponsors.

The Buckle Your Belt Campaign’s goal is to spread the word on seatbelt safety. Seatbelts can help prevent drivers and passengers from being ejected from vehicles or thrown into the dashboards, windows and windshields. By making the Buckle Your Belt pledge to always wear your seat belt, could mean the difference between life and death. William Mattar, PC also holds a Buckle Your Belt Classroom Contest each fall for local school students to make the pledge as well and for teachers to enter to win a pizza party for their entire classroom.
