Focal Upright Opens Chicago Riverfront Concept Shop for NeoCon 2015
(PRWEB) June 12, 2015 -- NeoCon has been very good to Focal Upright, the Martin Keen (of KEEN Footwear) - fronted furniture brand, but the young company has grown out of its Merchandise Mart space. This year, they open a beautiful riverfront pop up shop to showcase their full line of standing desks, standing desk chairs, and adjustable conference tables.
In partnership with other innovative brands like molo, Koncept, and Idea Paint, the new Concept Shop will present an ultra-modern co-working space in an art deco building overlooking the Mart. The Shop will feature the debut of a new product from Focal designed to enhance the comfort and flexibility of their ergonomic chairs and seats. Acoustic and sculptural flex spaces created by molo’s softwall and cloudlights will help define areas for collaboration, concentration, and relaxation. The shop will also feature Koncept’s award-winning lights and an entire wall of Idea Paint.
Focal is celebrating its third birthday in Chicago. Since their 2012 debut, the company has greatly expanded beyond the original Locus Workstation to offer the full Upright Office experience. All products remain true to the original concept – people can enjoy movement and better posture during the workday, and this leads to significant improvements in health and productivity.
The new Concept Shop is at the corner of Wacker and LaSalle, just steps from NeoCon and the Mart. It is open to the public June 15 - 17. Appointments with Focal founder Keen can be made by calling Rachel at 401-694-0150 x103 or emailing rachel(at)focalupright(dot)com.
