Proficio Bank Appoints Angela Midea as Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer
Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) June 15, 2015 -- Proficio Bank announced the appointment of Angela Midea as Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer.
In her role at Proficio Bank, Angela Midea will provide management and oversight of the Compliance department for Proficio Bank and its subsidiaries. Her primary focus will be to assess the current compliance landscape and provide ongoing plans for continued compliance across all aspects of bank operations.

Angela Midea comes to Proficio Bank most recently from First Place Bank in Ravenna, Ohio, where she was responsible for the management of risk associated with the origination of mortgage loans as it relates to regulatory compliance, credit, and collateral underwriting. Midea was also responsible to research and implement all the regulatory requirements, investor’s requirements and Bank Policy as changes and updates occur.
