AlfaPeople, a Microsoft Dynamics partner, is pleased to announce that it is ready to help and advise companies in the implementation of the new Microsoft customer relationship management (CRM) software, just released during the spring and currently available to the general public.

Microsoft’s CRM and Dynamics spring release has improved analysis capabilities, optimized mobile experiences, and use of “social selling” capabilities. These enhanced features will allow companies to build relationships with customers proactively as opposed to the traditional reactive response. Other key features include a CRM app for Outlook, embedded OneNote services, a mobile phone app, and heightened analytics information.

Besides the general availability of the new Microsoft CRM, AlfaPeople is also announcing the availability of its flagship IT Service Management (ITSM) vertical for this new version of CRM.

AlfaPeople’s ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) endorsed ITSM solution based on Dynamics CRM gives businesses the ability to focus IT service strategy around established industry best practices for greater efficiency while maintaining flexibility. These benefits have increased with the new spring release and will allow businesses greater flexibility with ITSM.
