Spectra QEST Hires New Service Desk Manager

Spectra QEST today announces that it is expanding its support services for customers and has hired Jessica Gadsby as its new Service Desk Manager.

We are excited to be able to draw upon Jessica’s experience and expertise in order to review and upgrade our Service Desk processes and procedures. We are pleased to be able to provide our customers with ongoing, high-level support services.

In her role as Service Desk Manager, Jessica will be working to continually improve customer service through reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to provide responsive and quality service to customers.

Jessica has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry in both technical roles and senior management positions in service delivery. She has strong project management skills and experience in software development and implementation of enterprise-wide software.
