Payverifi Announces New White-label Service This June

Payverifi, a virtual payment validation and authentication company, assumes white-label program that streamlines and authenticates the card not present payment process, facilitating easier and safer virtual transactions for merchants.

On Monday, June 8, e-commerce payment company Payverifi announced that their Payverifi product has been completely white-labeled for all merchants; this includes call centers that work with over 50 campaigns on any given day.

Under this completely white-labeled process, Payverifi’s call center clients will be able to keep all authentication and verification information under each individual campaign or company; depending on the status, they can turn this on and off.

Payverifi’s white-labeled product is a new innovation in the world of payment process industries. In the U.S. alone, there are 4,000 call centers, and each has roughly 100-200 employees making outbound calls for sales and lead generation. Payverifi's payment authentication system reduces fraud and order inconsistencies, and helps to provide a line of communication to the customer all the way to delivery and service.

In early May, Payverifi announced the launch of a new fraud detection service for clients for card not present transactions. Chase Harmer, President, says that the white-label structure will further prevent fraud, making the e-commerce payment process safer and more streamlined.

“The way [the product is] designed now, all authentication and validation is coming from the actual merchant whom the customers are already dealing with, rather than interacting with an unknown third party company," explains Chase.

Payverifi also identifies and validates the consumer when a call center is making an outbound call. While identification and validation is easy to do over the internet, via phone call it’s difficult for companies to verify and determine whether or not the clients/consumer is legitimate.

This white labeled process benefits all merchants who accept sales over the phone, especially for call centers, as it reduces liability issues down the road. White-labeling also has the benefit of making the company seem bigger than they actually are, resulting in no confusion, a seamless process, and significantly more organized customer service.
