Indian River Consulting Group adds Kelly Carter as a new consultant. Carter has more than 15 years of experience in industrial and B2B markets and is an expert in sales force compensation, management and analytics.

Kelly Carter, with more than 15 years of experience in industrial and other B2B markets, has joined Indian River Consulting Group, a firm that specializes in helping distribution and manufacturing clients grow revenue and profit by aligning sales and marketing resources to match market opportunities.

“After a long search we have finally found the combination of experience, intelligence and skills we’ve been looking for,” said Michael Marks, IRCG managing partner. “Kelly will be a strong contributor to our team and will strengthen our ability to bring world-class solutions to our wholesale distribution and manufacturing clients.”

Carter brings to IRCG the ability to combine data-driven analytics with real-world experience. As a consultant, her focus will include data modeling and analysis; business intelligence design; and sales force structure and compensation optimization.

Before joining IRCG, Carter held positions of increasing responsibility for manufacturers and distributors. Most recently, she served as Global Strategic Accounts Manager for Diamond Chain Company, a manufacturer of roller chain.
