WorkWise Honored as Top Workplace for Fifth Consecutive Year
Menomonee Falls, WI (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- WorkWise, a Wisconsin-based CRM and ERP software developer, is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as one of the Top Workplaces in Wisconsin for 2015. This marks the fifth consecutive year WorkWise has been honored with the award and for three out of the past five years, WorkWise placed in the top 10.
The Top Workplaces are determined exclusively on employee feedback, making employee job satisfaction a hallmark of the award. The survey asks employees to evaluate their employers on 22 different criteria including management effectiveness, the direction of the company, openness to new ideas, employee engagement, salary, benefits, personal development and training.
“This is a tremendous achievement for WorkWise and a true reflection of our culture, which fosters an environment where employees feel their work is appreciated and connected to the purpose of the company. Our culture also values personal growth, open communication, flexibility and mutual trust and respect,” said Wayne Wedell, WorkWise President and CEO. “Our employees are directly responsible for our organization’s continued success, and my goal is to have WorkWise be the best environment they will ever work.”
The Top Workplaces survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, an independent research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. To establish the Top Workplaces, WorkplaceDynamics asks area employees to respond to a set of statements about their workplace such as “I believe this organization is going in the right direction,” and "I have many opportunities to learn and grow at this organization." The survey results are the rankings based on employees’ reactions to these statements.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published the complete list of Top Workplaces on Sunday, June 14th. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists visit http://www.jsonline.com.
