Snooze An A.M. Eatery (Snooze) and Westmont Partners, LLC, an investment partnership of Corinthian Real Estate, Inc., today announced they have entered into a long-term lease agreement for the first location of the A.M. eatery in Houston, set to open in the fall of 2015.
Snooze, a Denver-based breakfast concept, will be located in the Westmont building, at 3217 Montrose Blvd. in the Montrose neighborhood of Central Houston, and will occupy the building’s sole 3,800 sq. ft. restaurant space which features an open ceiling and natural red brick interior. The location will also feature a unique open-air dining option with roll-up glass garage doors.
Westmont Partners, LLC was represented by Brian Kaplan and David Werlin of WPW Realty Advisors, and Snooze was represented by Jason Baker of Baker Katz.

Snooze is a Colorado-based company with locations in California and Arizona with plans to open in Austin at the end of the year. The restaurant is known for seasonal comfort food offerings and brunch cocktails, as well as a commitment to the local communities in which it operates.
Breakfast marks a new day, and at Snooze they believe that is worth celebrating. Snooze guests are treated to a bright and energetic atmosphere with Snooze’s signature bold colors and design from “tilt-a-whirl” themed booths to open and airy garage doors. Snooze will offer breakfast classics with creative twists such as "Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes," an appropriately named “OMG French Toast” and six different types of eggs Benedict, and will also feature a full bar of breakfast cocktails. Its menu will rotate seasonally with an emphasis on responsibly sourced fresh ingredients to prepare each dish from scratch. Snooze was built on a commitment to sustainability, from incorporating as much responsibly grown food and materials as possible to recycling and composting about 90 percent of its waste.
