Tolles Career & Technical Center (OH) Expands Online Student Application System from InfoSnap to Include a Customized Registration Solution
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- The Tolles Career and Technical Center in Plain City, Ohio, expands its partnership with InfoSnap by moving the center’s registration process online. In addition to InfoSnap providing the career and technical center with an online application solution that increased submissions by 25%, an intuitive registration solution will be added to streamline both processes. Seamless integration between InfoSnap and ProgressBook Suite (PBS), the center’s student information system, will result in accurate and up-to-date student data by the first day of school.

The online registration solution will provide families with an easy-to-use process for enrolling and registering their child/children at their own convenience. Families who have more than one child within the school system can ‘snap’ data from one student to another. The use of SmartForm™ technology, an intuitive tool built into the solution, will collect relevant data based on previously entered information or choices (grade, activities, medical history, etc.). The data submitted by families is reviewed, polished, and formatted to meet the center’s policies and then delivered into PBS.
Achieving success with the application solution from InfoSnap prompted Tolles Career and Technical Center to incorporate registration in this online process.
Forty four user profiles are integrated into the application platform. Once a student applies, the counselor at the appropriate school is notified to sign in and complete pertinent information. After counselors conclude their portion of the application process, tags are generated, alerting registrars to log in and complete the next step. “The transparency is constant and we have significantly increased the number of applications we receive,” said Wirick.
Wirick adds, “We looked at several companies and ultimately selected InfoSnap because of the customization they provide. We weren’t pushed into a style that we could not alter.
