Rainmaker, the leading provider of revenue management and profit optimization solutions for the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries, announces that Derek Regier has joined the company as Vice President of Multifamily Sales. Based in the Atlanta corporate headquarters, Regier will have responsibility for driving growth of all Rainmaker solutions into the multifamily housing market, including those recently acquired, and will leverage his deep industry relationships and leadership skills to build and lead a highly experienced Rainmaker sales team, with a goal of growing market share and company revenue.

“Derek is an accomplished business development leader with a strong background in global sales and distribution channel development,” says Rainmaker President Tammy Farley. “He has consistently built, motivated, and led top-performing teams that support corporate efforts and consistently deliver exceptional result.”

“With a background in BI, analytics and performance management, I was immediately excited about the data science and optimized algorithmic engine IP powering LRO, which is far more effective long-term than rules-based systems,” Regier says. “I’m looking forward to leading our teams as we put our innovation and expertise to work to solve mission critical problems for multifamily owner operators, property managers, investors, and developers in the spirit of partnership to drive above-market customer increases in revenue, net income, and asset value.”
