Richmond Recording Artist Mesha Enlists Veteran Producer For New Single "Talk"

Demisha Woodson, aka Mesha, is an up and coming Rap/Hip Hop artist based in Richmond, VA. She found her love for music while creating songs with her cousins at a young age. They would sit around listening to songs and would change the words to whatever they wanted. Mesha quickly realized her talent and ability to rhyme words together, but rhyming only became a hobby; compared to all the sports she played.
As a child, Mesha played several different sports but found a passion in basketball. She stood out amongst her peers on the basketball court and had a chance at making it a career. But during high school Mesha found making money more important than playing sports and soon gave up playing basketball all together.
After holding several fast food jobs though out high school, she decided to join the Navy after graduating. She spent almost 7 years as a Personnel Specialist in the United States Navy until she decided to pursue a career in music. Holding a degree in Audio/Video Production from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Mesha is persistently seeking opportunities to perform and build her brand; "Real Chick. Real Music."
