Toll Brothers Debuts First Active Living Community In Reno, Nevada

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announces the June 20th grand opening of its first-ever active adult community west of Colorado.

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announces the June 20th grand opening of its first-ever active adult community west of Colorado. Regency at Damonte Ranch in Reno, Nevada will deliver the resort-style amenities and sought-after lifestyle for which Toll Brothers is recognized. Exceeding expectations since its April 2015 soft opening, the staff-gated community offers three collections, including nine professionally decorated model homes. Once completed, the community will consist of 505 low-maintenance homes which include front yard landscaping, most with mountain views. Luxury homes designed for those age 55 and better are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

Recognized on three separate occasions as Builder of the Year, Toll Brothers is successfully introducing three single-story home collections ranging from 1,668 sq. ft. to 2,398 sq. ft. The future community clubhouse at Regency at Damonte Ranch, with over 18,000 sq. ft. of indoor recreation, will also include an indoor pool, spa, billiards/game room, weight and cardio room, aerobics and fitness center, formal lounge, and more. Pickleball and bocce courts, a tennis court, and easy access to surrounding bike and walking paths are also offered.

Residency at Regency includes an on-site lifestyle director who plans and coordinates year-round social activities. Such events will range from Friday night cocktail parties, card tournaments and golf outings to dinner clubs, daytrip excursions, continuous learning, and philanthropic pursuits.
