Smith, Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, Iowa, has hired Erin Muck as Chief Nursing Officer. A skilled nurse executive with almost 20 years of healthcare experience, Muck will assume her new duties on June 22.

Formerly, Muck served as chief nursing officer at Grand River Health in Rifle, Colo. In this role, she managed and provided leadership for all direct patient care as well as the emergency department, operating room, respiratory therapy, medical surgical and case management.
