HiMedia Group, and Giuliano Stiglitz, Orange Advertising’s former CEO, joined forces to form Latam Digital Ventures, a holding company designed to create and buy digital media and advertising technology enterprises. The new holding also announced its first move: the acquisition of Orange Advertising Americas whose assets will be now part of a new business: Primia.Digital.

With the purchase of Orange Advertising Americas and the launch of Primia.Digital, the company has set two main objectives:
