…A look at the changing nature of examinations and why it matters…

PEOPLECERT, a leader in certifying professionals across 140 countries, has released a new whitepaper which explores the recent demand for smarter testing solutions. The free whitepaper titled, ‘The new world of testing solutions’ is targeted at accreditation bodies, professional institutes and corporations.

David Grinham, Chairman, PEOPLECERT UK, comments, “Many organisations are also seeking to expand their global reach through a workforce with the essential competencies. Such organisations, including government bodies, may want to bring certification to their workforce, but do not know how to go about it. Our whitepaper explores some of the key elements to consider and how the testing process might work for a range of organisations and industry sectors.”

In his whitepaper, David Grinham, Chairman, PEOPLECERT UK explores:

  •     Why do testing solutions need to evolve and what’s driving this need?
  •     How might decision makers at all kinds of organisations establish if they require a testing mechanism? Are there tell-tale signs?
  •     What business cases or learning situations are likely to benefit from a bespoke testing mechanism?
  •     How might the process work?

Grinham adds, “Testing solutions are much more than a product platform. Test delivery is also only one small part of a holistic testing solution, which may also comprise development of a test blueprint, test content development, psychometric support, a registration system, a booking system, a payment gateway, financial reports and consolidation, test centre management, results reporting and item analysis. Much of this complex process can be tailored and automated to help test your workforce online and in a secure way.”

PEOPLECERT delivers examinations through paper, computer-based exams -delivered through its developing network of test centres- and online proctoring. It operates 24/7/365 and has 30 toll-free numbers, responding in more than 10 languages, depending on the caller’s country. All queries are responded to in no more than 15 minutes.

The white paper also includes some tips in the summary section and what types of learning situations will most benefit with a proprietary system. To download the whitepaper please visit
