Neat Demonstrates their Seamless Integration with QuickBooks Online to Small Business Advisors

Scaling New Heights offers Intuit-centric training experiences that focus on practical, cutting-edge professional education.

The focus of Neat’s demonstration will be their integration with QuickBooks Online, Intuit’s industry-leading small business accounting software. The QuickBooks Online integration allows small businesses to streamline their document management workflow through Neat’s state-of-the-art technology. Neat captures critical financial records, like receipts, vendor invoices and expense reports, and then sends the vital data points to QuickBooks Online with a single click.

Neat’s InDocument Identification technology automatically identifies the key information from items like receipts and eliminates time spent manually entering data. With Neat and QuickBooks Online, small businesses, bookkeepers and accountants can:

  • Quickly create expense reports from receipts, then submit them to QuickBooks Online for reimbursement
  • Send invoices in Neat as bills to be paid in QuickBooks Online to keep on top of finances
  • Reduce time and errors associated with manual data entry of receipts, expenses and invoices
  • Improve efficiencies for sharing information between small businesses and their accounting teams
