Nativ Hotel Group would like to set the record straight about our policies and procedures due to press received such as the WestWord article of May 26th, 2015 (http://www.westword.com/news/photos-tour-nativ-denvers-first-openly-weed-friendly-hotel-6742310). Richmond Meyer, Co-Founder of Nativ Hotel Group states Nativ's official policy "We do not condone or permit the usage of Marijuana, any other drugs or illegal activity in any of our establishments."
NATIV POLICY AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
Nativ Hotel does not permit guests to consume drugs or engage in unlawful activity of any kind on hotel premises, which include the bar, restaurant, club, hotel rooms or any common areas serving the hotel. Management cannot permit or condone any guest conduct, which violates Colorado state or any federal law, including but not limited to the use or consumption of Marijuana in any form. Our staff and hosts are required by management to confront or report any illegal conduct. Any guest suspected of engaging in unlawful conduct will be escorted from the Hotel premises immediately. No smoking is allowed in the public areas of the Hotel, and smoking is prohibited in guests rooms, and all balconies, at all times.
