When I saw Prism's technology and what an incredible visual insight solution they bring to the table, I knew they had something I wanted to be a part of.

Prism, the global leader in next-generation cloud based video intelligence and applications, today welcomes former Salesforce executive Brian Kneafsey to the team as SVP of Sales. Kneafsey joins Prism after 15 years at salesforce.com most recently leading Salesforce’s Retail and Consumer vertical for North America.

“When I saw Prism's technology and what an incredible visual insight solution they bring to the table, I knew they had something I wanted to be a part of,” said Kneafsey.

Kneafsey has over a decade’s experience leading sales teams and expanding customer relationships at Salesforce. He brings with him his expertise in SaaS-related retail and consumer verticals, and his deep understanding of retail touchpoints. He joins Prism to support the company’s IoT expansion as it scales its ground-breaking computer vision software services across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

“Brian has a great background blending retail and SaaS experience — something that will really help bridge the gap as we take Prism to new IoT verticals,” said Steve Russell, Founder and CEO of Prism.

“Prism brings entire physical environments to any mobile device. It delivers cameras’ remote imagery in high-quality, dynamic snapshots, provides crystal-clear, accurate visual traffic and movement insights, and has it all right on the camera with privacy-protection built in,” said Kneafsey, “it’s a game-changer in the visual IoT space.”
