Carter, previous Corporate Training & Development Manager for UPS, joins XINNIX with over 25 years of expertise in developing and implementing learning programs for Fortune 50 companies. He will serve as Vice President of Learning Systems and Technology.

Carter will be responsible for leading XINNIX’s conversion and migration of its current suite of training solutions such as web-based instructor-led training, self-study programs, and live trainings, along with accountability and measurement tools to its Learning & Performance Center (LPC).
