The process of becoming a RIVS Pro Interviewer includes a written and video-based evaluation of the interviewer, facilitated through the RIVS platform. The certification process includes knowledge-based questions about digital interviews, as well as a skills-based evaluation of their approach to phone and video-based digital interviews. Benefits of becoming a RIVS Pro Interviewer include:
- A "badge" that can be placed on the certified interviewer's company website, email footers, and social media profiles to recognize the interviewer's accomplishment
- Optional recognition on the RIVS website of the interviewer's certification level
- Optional social media announcement when the interviewer achieves a new certification
