Williamsburg, Virginia (PRWEB) June 30, 2015
Williamsburg Landing, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), announced that it has selected Ethical Advocate, a third party hotline service provider, for its ethics hotline service. The organization recognized that adding additional ways for employees to provide input and feedback is important.
The service includes system and service customization to meet Williamsburg Landing’s needs. The ethics hotline gives employees the ability to provide feedback to the organization and for administrators to interact with the reporter anonymously to complete the investigation process. The hotline covers all aspects of operations and administration 24 hours a day via the internet and toll-free number.
Williamsburg Landing continually strives to provide excellence in its resident services. Adding this service will further strengthen the community’s culture of trust and maximize opportunities for employee input. The ethics hotline provides opportunities for employees to provide this input, augmenting existing standard communication channels. Ethical Advocate was selected given their excellent customer service, responsiveness, and ease of implementation and on-going use.
