TBI announced today that Jeff Newton has joined the master agency as Vice President of Operations and Engineering. Newton will be leading the company’s efforts on growing its enterprise relationships as well as managing its support and operations teams.
Newton brings over 15 years of experience in the procurement, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based and facility-based service and software providers. He has managed software systems at nearly every stage of the software development lifecycle and has served on the advisory boards of numerous global organizations in the development and launch of their own software products and internet service provider (ISP) networks.

As Vice President of Operations and Engineering, Newton will lead the company’s efforts in securing enterprise relationships with agent partner organizations and large end-user accounts. He will also lead the company’s sales and operations efforts.
Newton started in the telecom industry in 1998 and throughout his career has spearheaded the introduction and launch of a broad range of products and services including SIP voice, data centers, fixed FCC licensed wireless products, metro Ethernet, hosted PBX, wi-fi, and fiber at both the enterprise and residential levels.
