Lisa Carter and Roston Willis joined LeasePlan USA as vice president of client relations, regional accounts and vice president of sales, national accounts, respectively.
Carter, who gained 11 years of experience in the fleet management industry at Merchants Fleet Management, now provides a high level of service to her clients at LeasePlan USA. Carter works to help clients reduce total cost of ownership and offer new solutions to create efficiencies.

Willis has seven years of experience in fleet management sales and demonstrated previous high-performance results at Ryder Transportation. At LeasePlan, Willis analyzes prospective clients’ fleet operations to identify areas of savings and efficiencies.
