Arizona's Dolce Vita Named in List of 50 Best Master Planned Communities
(PRWEB) June 27, 2015 -- Where to Retire magazine named Dolce Vita at Superstition Mountain, a 55+ community, as one of the 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the United States.
The magazine just announced "The Short List: 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the United States" in the bimonthly July/August 2015 issue. Where to Retire magazine selects communities for this short list every other year. This is the third consecutive time Dolce Vita has been named as a community in this elite group.
According to Publisher Karen Northridge, the editors of Where to Retire review several hundred candidates across the country. They select 50 developments that offer today’s retirees a well-rounded and active lifestyle for this short list.
“The residents and staff alike here at Dolce Vita are ecstatic to be named in such a prestigious grouping of communities,” Director of Facilities and Sales Pat Eyrich said. “The Dolce Vita community is truly one-of-a-kind, and it’s wonderful to be recognized by Where to Retire.”
Dolce Vita’s Old World architecture, the state-of-the-art clubhouse, ocean-entry pool, endless resident-run activities and groups, seven-acre recreational park and panoramic views of the Superstition Mountains give the community the look and feel of a luxury resort at affordable prices. The community offers a variety of model homes that range in size from 946-2050 sq. ft. Residents enjoy the abundant on-site amenities by day, and retreat to a tailored home at night.
