Mona acts as a personal shopper that caters to each user’s specific style and shopping goals and selects unique product suggestions and offers for them personally. Powered with an exclusive feature called Missions™, Mona lets users set specific shopping goals - stipulating product, style, price, among others – and receive updates from Mona whenever relevant products and deals are found. Plus, Mona helps users discover the latest trends and deals with her Top 20 and other contextual product suggestions on a daily basis.

“Mona’s personalized approach to shopping is a big advance on the traditional, one-size-fits-all online shopping services. Until now, it has been a challenge for customers to find exactly the right product for them online. If a shopper searches for the keyword “black dress” on one popular online store, they get approximately 400 pages with 58,000 results and 35 separate search filters,” he explains.

Mona treats shopping like a continual search and learning experience. Unlike other e-commerce retailers and apps, Mona learns from each interaction and detailed customer feedback, getting more and more attuned to your tastes without asking dozens of questions or making you fill out all your personal preferences.
