Continuous automatic speech recognition transcribing sales and customer support calls

Since the beginning of 2015, TeamVisibility ( has been leveraging AppTek’s advanced ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology to develop a process to mine and produce voice analytics on its cloud based sales call platform. In a customer statement they state the following:

What was previously just a large collection of audio files, the customer now has a searchable knowledgebase. AppTek’s technology not only allows us to search for calls, but also enables efficient search within calls. Now our customers don’t have to listen to a 20 minute call to find the meaningful portion, they can simply search for keywords within the call and go directly to that portion of the call.
