The logos that have been designed represent:
Parc Midtown, located on Crawford St., is offering new condominiums, new townhomes, and new single-family homes ranging from $149,000 to $479,000. Parc Midtown features pedestrian-friendly urban living.
Museum Blvd, located on Caroline Street, offers new townhomes and new single-family homes ranging from $356,000 to $474,000. This elegant community is in proximity to myriad museums, galleries, and cultural venues.
Upper Richton, located in Upper Kirby, offers new townhomes and new single-family homes ranging from $424,000 to $914,000. Upper Kirby, a tony neighborhood known for upscale shopping and dining, is located off of Highway 59.
One of the unique aspects of the logo development is that Surge Homes created the logos in house, rather than hire an outside agency. This “inside view” allowed the designer the opportunity to create logos that are more closely tied in the spirit of each community and its future residents.
“It is rare for a real estate developer to develop the logos and identities for each community in house. I think the reason this works at Surge Homes is because we are a unique company,” explained Katie Smith, Communications Coordinator for Surge Homes, and logo designer. “We have actively solicited feedback from our prospective home buyers to get insight into what types of architectural styles and interior finishes they desire. This focus on market research and analytics informs our entire process here at Surge Homes, from developing the homes we will build with our architects, to the selection of finishes we will offer for interiors, even down to the logos we design for our communities. “
Because of the intense market research and interaction with the buyer community, Surge Homes had a good sense of who would be interested in townhouses for sale or single-family homes for sale, and want to live it its communities. By hosting a number of events, including inviting prospective buyers to participate in the VIP program, the Surge Homes team could receive real-time, direct feedback, further honing its marketing and community development of its homes for sale.
