Scootaround Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Wonnick to the position of Manager of Airline Client Services for our Airline Services Department.

“We are thrilled to welcome Donna to the team,” said Vice President Airline Services, Cheryl Campbell. “Donna’s extensive experience in customer service, outstanding communication skills and outgoing personality make her the perfect fit for this new role”.

Donna will work with the entire Airline Services team and assist in all operational aspects of the department. As well she will be working closely with Fiona in managing the high profile and complex claims.

“I am very excited about this new opportunity with Scootaround,” said Donna. “Scootaround offers such a unique and important service that so many people rely on and I can’t wait to work with the team here to expand our portfolio and continue to provide the best experience possible to our airline partners and travelers alike”.

Donna brings with her twenty-three years of experience in customer service, including 14 years in leadership roles within Procter & Gamble and Sunny Delight Beverages Company. She is passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer care.
