ACCESS Destination Services is proud to announce it was recently named one of “San Diego’s Best Place to Work” by The San Diego Business Journal. This marks the third time that ACCESS San Diego has received this award from among a wide field of nominees.

ACCESS Destination Services is proud to announce it was recently named one of “San Diego’s Best Place to Work” by The San Diego Business Journal. This marks the third time that ACCESS San Diego has received this award from among a wide field of nominees. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in San Diego, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 100 companies split into four categories.

Companies from across the county were evaluated in several categories including policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, in addition to an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Regional President, Jennifer Miller, DMCP, shares, “We value our people more than anything at ACCESS. We work very hard to create a workplace where our team members not only have the opportunity to succeed and grow, but where they feel like they have a sense of purpose in what they’re doing. I couldn’t be more proud to make this list for the third time.”
