89% of Americans felt stressed out over planning their vacation, with over 50% wishing they could have a “do-over” on a past vacation that didn’t meet their expectations.
Boardman, Ohio (PRWEB) June 30, 2015
According to a recent Harris poll, nearly 70 percent of Americans plan to take at least one vacation this summer. Vacations, however, can be a surprising source of stress. With pressure to make the most of the precious little personal time they have, vacationers can be left feeling tense and frazzled. In fact, an Omnibus study revealed that 89% of Americans felt stressed out over planning their vacation, with over 50% wishing they could have a “do-over” on a past vacation that didn’t meet their expectations.
PeopleKeys, a company that specializes in DISC behavioral analysis, wants to help people leave behind the stress and make the most of their vacation. In a new webinar called “Be a Better Vacationer,” PeopleKeys will teach DISC strategies designed to make vacations memorable for all the right reasons. The webinar will air live at 1pm EST on July 17th, and will cover:
- The basics of DISC behavioral analysis, and an introduction to the four major DISC personality styles
- How to use DISC to plan a vacation tailored to your personality style
- How to reduce the stress associated with vacation planning
- How to establish your vacation priorities and design a vacation that will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged
The instructor of the “How to Be a Better Vacationer” DISC webinar, master DISC coach John Schindell, said, “How many times have you heard someone say that they needed ‘a vacation from their vacation’? We want to show people that vacations don’t need to be a stressful experience. Through DISC, you can use your personality style as a guide to make the most out of your vacation time without adding on all the unnecessary anxiety. We want to use what we know about DISC to teach people how to better understand what they need from a vacation, and how to make sure they get it.”
The free “How to Be a Better You” webinar will be presented as a part of PeopleKeys’ new “How to be a Better…” series, which includes monthly installments of live 30-minute DISC training sessions on a variety of personal growth and self-improvement topics.
