Ingate Systems Upgrades E-SBC Product Line with New SIParator, Higher Capacities, More Features and a Buy-What-You-Need Licensing Structure and Growth Path
Stockhom (PRWEB) June 29, 2015 -- Ingate® Systems announces major updates to the Ingate SIParator/Firewall® hardware and software line of Enterprise Session Border Controllers (E-SBCs). These updates include a new SIParator/Firewall S52, upgrades across the product line that add new functionality and support growth, and a new licensing and pricing structure that simplifies product selection.
The new SIParator/Firewall S52 E-SBC replaces the S51, S56 and S66 with one hardware platform for high-midrange enterprises. The S52 handles up to 2,000 concurrent calls and supports a broad range of deployment scenarios.
The SIParator/Firewall S21 has been upgraded with software release 5.0.6 to support up to 400 sessions (from 50), offering small businesses and enterprises more capacity.
SIParator/Firewall S95 now supports up to 4,000 concurrent calls (up from 1,800) and adds redundant hard disks and power supplies.
SIParators/Firewalls S97 and S98, which handle up to 8,000 and 20,000 concurrent calls for large capacity enterprise and carrier usage, are now NEBS-compliant and optionally available with 48V DC power supplies.
The Ingate Software SIParator/Firewall E-SBC for virtual machines can be licensed for up to 2,000 concurrent calls on hypervisors such as VMware and Microsoft’s HyperV.
All functions and modules are included in the base price of the SIParator/Firewall with Ingate’s new licensing and pricing structure. Simply buy or upgrade SIP trunk sessions, remote user sessions and/or SIP server registrations as needed. Every purchase of SIP trunk sessions can be applied to an existing or a new trunk group.
Ingate’s line of E-SBCs includes advanced SIP routing, SIP server and security functions beyond what is typically found in simpler point-to-point B2BUAs, making them suitable for a wide range of applications for enterprises, service providers and carriers.
