Pinnacle Quality Insight announces Customer Experience Awards 2015.

National HealthCare Associates recently released a list of their centers recognized by the independent auditor of customer service for the 40-center nursing home group. Sixteen of their centers were rated “Best in Class” out of more than 1,100 skilled nursing centers in the United States in one or more customer service areas. Those centers received the prestigious “Customer Experience Awards” from Pinnacle Quality Insight.

“The Customer Experience Award™ is awarded to care providers who have achieved best-in-class customer satisfaction standards within their peer group. Pinnacle congratulates the staff of National HealthCare Centers for achieving this honor,” stated Chris Magleby, CEO of Pinnacle Quality Insight.

According to their website, “A senior healthcare advocate for over 15 years, Pinnacle Quality Insight has established the Customer Experience Award™ in order to ensure that every resident/patient receives exceptional assistance from his or her provider. Focusing on long-term and post-acute care, Pinnacle conducts thousands of monthly surveys in order to establish a comprehensive review of its clients that will determine the quality of their products and services. To date, residents/patients have been surveyed regarding their experience with over 1,100 organizations in almost every state in the country. In order to qualify for Pinnacle's industry standard awards, clients must achieve a cumulative Best in Class customer satisfaction rating across a calendar year.”

“We are very proud of these centers for receiving this recognition from our patients, residents and their families. Our number one priority each day is the wellness and satisfaction of our patients and residents,” stated Marvin Ostreicher, president of National HealthCare Associates. “The four pillars of our mission statement are simply kindness, compassion, service and excellence. These centers clearly exemplify our mission.”

The following National HealthCare Centers received “Customer Experience Awards”:

In addition to the “Customer Experience Awards,” one of the National HealthCare Centers has also accomplished another achievement. The Eastside Center for Health & Rehabilitation recently announced the results of their annual state and federal survey, noting that they are operating free of any deficiencies.

“This is a rarity for many nursing homes, across the state, the region and even the U.S.,” noted Ostreicher, who is the manager of the Bangor, Maine center. “We have a great staff here. We do a tremendous amount of care training to keep our staff skills up to date, spend a good deal of time on customer service and work to make this facility a great environment for our residents and their families, as well as our employees. It’s great for our staff to be recognized in such a way.”
