Prior to implementing Anytime Collect (http://anytimecollect.com) the customer, a $50 million corporation and manufacturer of specialty lighting solutions, relied solely on the basic credit and collections features found in their ERP system. This resulted in time consuming and tedious processes such as copying and pasting sent and received emails into the credit and collections module within their ERP system in order to track communications. This among other cumbersome manual processes were causing poor A/R performance and slow cash flow, a fact made evident by a decreasing accounts receivable turnover ratio and increasing average days sales outstanding.
