Peter Senge, founder of the Society for Organizational Learning, Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, recently spoke with Jennifer Crumpton, from SarderTV, the independent media learning channel, about a variety of subjects including his popular book, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization. The Fifth Discipline was originally released in 1990 but due to continuing interest has since been revised.
