Brand USA, the public-private partnership responsible for increasing international visitation to the United States, has selected Portland, Ore.-based Sparkloft Media to serve as its agency of record for its digital content creation and social community management in 11 international markets.

In addition to daily social media management and content creation, Sparkloft Media will provide topline strategy on channel selection and management, content strategy, cadence, promotional planning and execution. As part of the program, each of the 11 target countries will have a dedicated community content manager who resides in market and is well-versed in that country’s culture, customs and travel habits. These managers will help develop original interactive content, curate travelers experiences – including video and photos and directly engage consumers one-on-one."
