WWII Bomber Crew to Fly Aboard B-17 Yankee Lady at AirExpo 2015
Eden Prairie, Minnesota (PRWEB) July 03, 2015 -- On Saturday, July 11 at 9:00 a.m., AirExpo 2015 will be hosting a momentous flight on the B-17 Yankee Lady and several World War II Veterans. The B-17 veterans will take part in a “Bombing Mission” aboard the WWII aircraft and the public is invited to take part in this event by welcoming the World War II Veterans back from the flight. The Veterans will also be available to answer questions regarding their experiences during the war.
This is the first time that this special “Bombing Mission” will be taking place. Among the veterans are WWII B-17 Pilot’s, John Scholl and Wayne Klopp; B-17 Navigator’s, Jim Rasmussen and Bob Clemens; and B-17 gunner, Dick Kaminski.

AirExpo 2015 will be held July 11-12 at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As part of the non-profit group's mission to preserve and present aviation history, this year's show promises to be one not to miss. More than 8,000 people are expected to attend this year's show, featuring more than 40 aircraft and 50 aviation dignitaries.
