“Namaste Solar’s employee-owners are excited to be expanding our commercial operations to Ventura and the state of California. This was a natural next step for us as we are committed to building a lasting presence in California’s renewable energy market."
Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) July 07, 2015
Namaste Solar, an employee-owned cooperative and leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) provider of solar electric systems for commercial, non-profit, government and residential customers throughout the United States, announced today it is opening a commercial office in Ventura, California. The Ventura office will be the company’s fourth commercial office location, in addition to its two Colorado locations and an office in White Plains, New York.
Plans to develop the company’s commercial operations in California were initiated by the state’s strong commitment to solar policies, and sustainable viability of renewables in the region. Namaste Solar is looking forward to bringing the company’s mission and values – to propagate the responsible use of solar energy, pioneer conscientious business practices, and create holistic wealth for ourselves and our community – to California.
“Namaste Solar’s employee-owners are excited to be expanding our commercial operations to Ventura and the state of California. This was a natural next step for us as we are committed to building a lasting presence in California’s renewable energy market and furthering our dedication to solar energy. At Namaste Solar, we are passionate about both our mission and our unique way of doing business, and we look forward to employing our cooperative, triple bottom line work style to forge new long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships in California for years to come,” Blake Jones, CEO, Namaste Solar.
While expanding its commercial project services to the West Coast, the company will continue to develop projects in other areas of the country that will benefit from commercial scale solar electricity. Namaste Solar is well poised to offer its national commercial clients the same excellent customer service and quality work that the company has consistently delivered for over ten years.
“California continues to be a leader in solar adoption, with further potential in the commercial sector. California’s achievement to a future-oriented energy supply looks strong and promising. Namaste Solar is excited to begin collaborating with our development partners and building stronger relationship in the California market,” Cynthia Christensen, Commercial Sales Director, Namaste Solar.
Namaste Solar’s Ventura office is located at 1500 Palma Drive, 2nd Floor, and is dedicated solely to commercial scale projects in the region.
Some of Namaste Solar’s most notable solar projects to date have included the Denver Housing Authority, New Belgium Brewing Company, the Colorado Convention Center, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Boulder Community Hospital, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
