With my book, readers feel as if I’m in their kitchens with them, guiding them along the way.

This isn’t just your mama’s cookbook.

After constantly being asked for advice on cooking throughout his career, AAA Five Diamond resort and celebrity chef Thomas Gosney realized most of those questions stemmed from the step-by-step processes involved with preparing the ingredients used in recipes.

In “Method of Procedure,” Gosney highlights some of his favorite, nutritional recipes for the new age generation, highlighting the important behind-the-scenes details that other cookbooks and recipes often miss.

“Basic, online recipes have a grey area,” Gosney said. “But with my book, readers feel as if I’m in their kitchens with them, guiding them along the way.”

Gosney includes full-color photos of his dishes in his book, and even shares bite-sized details from his personal life into each recipe.

Cooking is all about the details -- and with “Method of Procedure” by your side, the proof is in the pudding.
