Indian Motorcycle® Wayne, an affiliate of Wide World PowerSports, has opened for business at 665 State Route 23 in Wayne. Indian Motorcycle® is America’s first motorcycle company and has significant ties to the U.S. military. The new dealership in Wayne offers area motorcycling enthusiasts Indian Motorcycle® sales, service, parts, accessories and apparel.

Founded in 1901, Indian Motorcycle® heavily supported World Wars I and II by supplying motorcycles to the Allied Forces, and has been known for its support of the military ever since. Under the new ownership and brand stewardship of Polaris Industries, the world’s leading manufacturer of powersports equipment, iconic Indian Motorcycle® is back and more powerful than ever.

“We are very excited to join the Indian Motorcycle® family,” said Mark Klein, owner of Indian Motorcycle® Wayne. “Indian® motorcycles have a long history as highly regarded, American-made bikes, and that tradition lives on with the current model lineup. We are honored to bring our American bike skills and expertise to this new dealership and to northern New Jersey motorcycle riders.”

Indian Motorcycle® Wayne offers sales, service, parts and accessories for the entire lineup of Indian® motorcycles, including the Indian® Chief® lineup, the Indian® Roadmaster™, the Indian® Scout™ and the all-new 2016 Indian® Chief® Dark Horse®. Indian Motorcycle® is currently offering a $1,000 “Honoring Heroes” bonus on select motorcycles for active or retired military, as well as police and fire personnel. The dealership also offers a full selection of Indian Motorcycle® apparel.

“At Indian Motorcycle® Wayne, we offer financing and lease options that meet our customers’ needs,” Klein said. “Our courteous service department staff is always ready to help get our customers back on the road with speed and accuracy.”
